Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ZagCal, operated by ZAGRAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Arizona, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
ZagCal synchronizes busy/free availability across your connected calendars and provides Calendly-style booking pages. By default we read only busy/free information and write generic busy placeholders; an optional per-sync full-detail mode (off unless you enable it) copies event titles — and, if you choose, descriptions — between your own calendars. We describe this in detail on our security & privacy page.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't connect calendars or accounts you aren't authorized to use.
- Don't attempt to breach, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't use ZagCal to violate the terms of your calendar providers or any applicable law.
- Don't use booking pages to spam, harass, mislead, or unlawfully collect personal data. You're responsible for the content you publish on your pages and for how you use the details bookers submit to you.
5. Subscriptions and billing
ZagCal offers a free tier and paid Solo and Pro plans, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans each month, annual plans for another year — and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid features until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where these Terms (including the DPA) expressly provide a refund. The Business plan is custom-priced and arranged through sales@zagcal.com under a separate order form.
6. Your calendars and content
You retain all rights to your calendars and data. You grant ZagCal only the access necessary to provide the service, and you can revoke it at any time by disconnecting a calendar or deleting your account. If you use ZagCal on behalf of an organization, our Data Processing Agreement — which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — governs our processing of personal data for that organization and forms part of these Terms.
The ZagCal service itself — its software, design, and branding — remains the property of ZAGRAL LLC; these Terms grant you use of the service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve ZagCal without obligation to you.
7. Third-party services
ZagCal integrates with third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
8. Disclaimers
ZAGCAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We work hard to keep availability accurate and in sync, but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You're responsible for confirming critical commitments.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZagCal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or missed events arising from use of the service; and our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to ZagCal in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory rights that consumer law does not allow to be waived.
10. Indemnification
If a third party brings a claim against ZAGRAL LLC arising from content you publish through ZagCal, your use of booking pages, or your violation of these Terms, a calendar provider's terms, or applicable law, you will indemnify ZagCal against the resulting damages and reasonable costs. This section does not apply where such indemnities are unenforceable under the consumer law that applies to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using ZagCal and delete your account at any time, and you can export your data from your account settings first. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must act on for legal or security reasons; unless law or security requires otherwise, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and update the effective date, and we'll give account holders reasonable advance notice of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and — except where the consumer law of your place of residence provides otherwise — disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Questions: support@zagcal.com.
