Pricing FAQ

What does "busy/free only" mean?

ZagCal only ever reads and writes whether you're busy — never event titles, guests, notes, or locations. Mirrored events show up as a generic "Busy" block, on every plan.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — personal use is free with no credit card. You get one active sync across your providers, updated on a regular schedule.

What do I get on Team?

Unlimited active syncs, real-time push (changes mirror as they happen), and unlimited seats with shared organization management.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Billing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store card details. Manage or cancel any time from the in-app billing portal; if you cancel, you keep Team through the period you've already paid for.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your calendars stay connected; if you're over the free limit, the extra syncs simply pause (the oldest sync stays active) until you upgrade again.
