Features

Everything it does — and everything it deliberately doesn't.

ZagCal keeps your real availability in sync everywhere without copying your calendars around. One honest view of when you're free; your event details stay where they belong.

One unified availability

Book a slot on any calendar and ZagCal blocks it on the rest — across every account and organization, in whichever direction you choose. No more cross-checking calendars or double-booking yourself.

Privacy by design

By default only busy/free crosses between calendars: titles, guests, notes, and locations stay put, and mirrored events are a generic "Busy" block. Full-detail mode (next) is the one exception, and it stays off until you turn it on. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke any connection at any time.

Flexible sync modes

Keep the privacy-first default, or tailor a sync: give a connection a custom title (not just "Busy") and a color so you can tell which calendar a blocked slot came from. Need more? Switch on full-detail mode for a specific sync to copy real titles between two of your own calendars — off by default, with a confirmation before it ever turns on.

Built for multiple organizations

Keep a day job, a side gig, and personal life in one view without leaking between them. ZagCal enforces strict isolation between every organization you belong to — the sync engine refuses to mirror across ownership boundaries.

Shareable booking pages

Give people a personal link — zagcal.com/your-handle/your-page — to book real openings from your true availability, with buffers, blackout dates, and daily limits. Visitors see only open slots, never what's behind them.

Your data, your control

Export a copy of your account data or delete your account entirely — both self-serve, any time. On deletion ZagCal removes your data and tears down the busy placeholders it created; your real events are never touched.
